How We Got Started
Started company in 2012 after years of working as freelance tech direction, PM out of frustration for working for the companies. He would try to ensure success and gave thoughts to usher that way. He would have the consequences of others lack of having it together. 2011 head of production for a company and continually had these arguments.
He left that job in 2012 and started his own company in his father’s garage with one microphone cable. Originally was going to be a consultant to AV companies for efficient processes but by February he had to start buying equipment and became a rental house. Continual progression due to necessity for the service. In 2013 full blown rental, specializing in rental, building packages and systems and doing the things that other companies had refused to do when he suggested them for cost effective procedures. Implementing own ideas. Taking experience and “pain points” became selling points to clients. You end up with overtime bills you didn’t budget for? I don’t do that because of my efficiency. No empty promises. This is how it is delivered.
The process takes care of the client.
Efficient internally, so that we can be honest in delivery. I know my product. I trust my product. Expand to audio, lighting, virtual, etc. Customers love the packaging. Client was always most important in other companies, but we feel like we need to also focus on the action items and crew that impact the client. Take care of the process. It always comes back in spades because the client is happy when the process and the crew are good.
This is his philosophy: Develop friendly and stress-free relationships with clients. Happy techs. Happy clients.
